Membership terms
The rules that govern membership of The Herb Culture.
Eligibility
Membership is open to adults aged 18 or over holding a valid Maltese identity card. Applications require accurate personal details and clear images of both sides of your ID.
Approval and capacity
Membership is capped at 250 active members. When the cap is reached, approved applicants are placed on a waiting list and admitted as places become available. Submitting an application does not create a right to membership.
Access to products
The member catalogue, availability and member pricing are visible only after your membership has been approved by an administrator. No product information is available to the public.
Pre-orders and collection
A pre-order is a request to reserve items for in-person collection at our premises. It is not a sale, is not binding, and no payment is taken online. All pre-orders are subject to administrator acceptance and availability. We do not deliver under any circumstances.
Member conduct
Members must not share, resell or supply anything obtained through the association, must not bring guests into member-only areas, and must treat staff and other members with respect.
Suspension and termination
Membership may be suspended or terminated for providing false information, breaching these terms, or acting in a way that endangers the association or its members.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued membership after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
